Cancellation

If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, the salon requires a 24 hour notification prior to your scheduled reservation. This allows our team members the opportunity to offer their services to our other guests here at Bottega. If you have a cancellation or miss an appointment without the 24 hour notice, you may be charged a $20 cancellation fee with your next scheduled appointment.

If there are habitual cancellations or missed appointments, you may be required to make a partial payment before rescheduling a future appointment at Bottega.

Our stylists will follow a similar policy to ensure that you are shown the same respect in your scheduling.

Any guests with same-day cancellations made by a stylist for your appointments without 24 hour notice will be presented with a gift card to be used at your next appointment. This gift card is redeemable for hair services only.

Gratuity

Here at Bottega we accept ALL forms of payment for our services. We only ask if you plan to leave gratuity for your stylist that you have that portion prepared in the form of CASH or CHECK only, as we do not accept gratuity on credit/debit cards. If you choose to write a check for your services, we ask that you make a separate check out for your stylist. Thank you for your understanding.

Redo's

If a client is dissatisfied with their final result after receiving a service from any member of the Bottega team, they may call the studio to schedule a "redo" with their stylist or an alternate stylist. A redo service is complimentary to the displeased client and is scheduled to correct any inaccuracies that may have been miscommunicated or miscalculated during their original appointment. Although our ultimate goal at Bottega is to ensure total fulfillment and well-being of our clients, the scheduling of a redo service requires the manager's approval. Photos may be required before the event of scheduling the appointment and additional charges may incur.

All redo's that are approved as *complimentary *by management must be scheduled within 10 days of the client's original appointment. Any issue resulting past a 10 day period has been allowed new growth and exposure to potential environmental factors that may be determined as the cause of change in the client's now compromised color or cut. If a client calls *after *10 days and requests a redo service, they must schedule a new appointment.

Deposits

Due to the time required to complete these services, it is Bottega's policy to schedule a complimentary consultation prior to the desired appointment date. When booking any Color Correction or Full Keratin Treatment Appointment, Bottega requires a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to reserve the appointment time.
